Wow, what a weekend I had last weekend!

Was on WEHT/WTVW, Evansville, Friday morning for a television interview about my book. Host Drew Gardner was well-prepared and I was able to make every comment I wanted to make about the novel.

That afternoon, the number of persons who showed for my book-signing appearance at Barnes & Noble in Evansville was beyond my expectation. The Evansville Courier ran a feature about me that morning, television station WFIE interviewed me that afternoon, and the Courier had another feature on Saturday morning.

Then, Sunday, in my small hometown of Lynnville, Indiana (Warrick County), approximately 125 persons came to the town library to get an autograph of their copy of the book.  It was an exhilarating experience because I was able to visit with people I had not seen in many years, some of them friends I had grown up with. What a wonderful reception for one of the town’s “boys.”
